What this policy covers
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with Thehubcentricbusinessmodel.com, our products, our community, and anything you publish through them. It applies to every account holder, every visitor, and anyone you give access to your account. Breaching it is a breach of our Terms of Service.
Unlawful and harmful activity

Do not upload or publish content that is obscene, sexually exploitative, hateful, or that promotes self-harm. Do not publish other people’s personal information without their consent, and do not post medical, legal, or financial advice presented as coming from us.
Intellectual property
Only publish content you own or are licensed to use. Do not copy our courses, templates, funnels, or software and resell, repackage, or redistribute them. Do not remove branding or attribution where it is required by the licence you received.
Account sharing and access
Accounts and paid access are for one person or the single organisation that bought them, unless your plan says otherwise. Do not share logins, resell seats, or circumvent plan limits. You are responsible for everything done under your credentials.
Email and messaging
If you send email or messages through or about the service, you must have permission to contact those recipients, honour unsubscribe requests promptly, identify yourself accurately, and comply with anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and the GDPR/PECR rules on marketing.
System integrity and security
Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with other users’ access, upload malware, or run automated scraping, crawling, or load that degrades the service for anyone else.
Reverse engineering and resale
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of our software, and do not use the service to build a competing product from our materials, data, or outputs.
Reporting a violation
If you see something on the service that breaches this policy, report it to us at the contact address below with enough detail for us to find it — a link, a screenshot, and what you believe is wrong. We review every report we receive.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice depending on the severity and the risk to others. Where activity appears unlawful, we may report it to the relevant authorities. No refund is owed for access lost through enforcement.
