My name is Jim Kyser,
I am a native of Long Beach, Long Island, New York.
I grew up without a lot of money but that that did not matter as I had beautiful white sand beaches, the Atlantic Ocean and Reynolds Channel (the bay) all within 5 minute walk of my house, as a child of the 60's and 70's I was in paradise, free to leave my house by myself at 10-11 years young, out with friends riding bikes, skateboarding, and all kinds of Island Life stuff, it was awesome! (with no money)
Then started dating in High School and found my soulmate and we married in 1980 and had a beautiful baby girl in 1983,
I started my work life at 14 once I got my working papers (not sure that's a thing anymore?) but I delivered newspapers with my bike, worked on the beach picking up trash, then got my Driver License and started working for a Irrigation Service/installation Company for a few years and eventually Founded my own Irrigation Business in 1990, that being Seasonal here in the North East I also started Delivering Home Heating Oil in the Winter Months, and after 20+ years of that I realized it would be smart to start thinking about retirement and started searching the internet and found some people teaching affiliate marketing, so I tried some of the things they were saying but the never gave you all the steps,
Then I found The 4% and eventually evolved into ESTAGE which has been getting built and in BETA Testing Mode for some 5+ years now but I have stayed the course because My Coach and Mentor and Creator of this is just Brilliant when it comes to this stuff and if you are reading this now means we have finally gone public and lucky for you, you do not have to go through all the trial and error and lot's of money wasted well... not really, lessons learned the hard way!
